The Good Ole` Days, King Bed, Pet Friendly

This is a quaint, homey place two minutes from all the action in Daytona Beach., reminiscent of the good ole`days! Clean, comfortable and pet friendly, steal of a deal for an economical vacation in the World`s Most Famous Beach. What else can you ask for? Close to dining, breweries, bike and walking trails. Enjoy local events while having everything you need for an economical stay-fully stocked kitchen and space for parking a trailer. Pets allowed with pet fee. Early Check in/Late Checkout $25 per hour. Please reach out to the host for availability.
Provided: 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin, 3 dish soaps and three laundry pods.

Pet fee is $25 per pet per day, must have pre-approval and must disclose pets upon booking and pay pet fee within two days of booking.

This is a non-smoking unit-we don`t care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It`s Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand.

Upon departure if you are able to remove all trash & food items, turn off all lights and leave the thermostat at 78, we would appreciate it!

The house was clean and comfortable. It has a small yard that is fenced (prefect for my dogs). The drying machine stopped heating while we were there. Everything else worked fine. We had a great time.

Plenty of room for everyone.

Upon arrival house was clean and check in was a breeze. House was spacious and fit our family of 6 perfectly, plenty of room for everyone. Communication was great and we would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely house with a short walk to the beach!

This was a great house for us. We came to Daytona for the 24 Hours of Daytona race, but we wanted to stay close to the beach. Our original booking ended up with plumbing issues and the property managers set us up here. It was very comfortable, and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our needs. Super close to Pictona Pickleball facility. If you are in Daytona for a tournament this is a great place to stay. It is also convenient to the beach and restaurants. The house was clean and the host was very responsive. I recommend The Good Ole Days property!

Our stay was very good, easy to find, clean with the exception of the patio. Needs some landscaping, new dishwasher. TVs, air conditioner, worked great plenty of room. We would stay again.

Super clean!

For an older home it was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. On entering the first thing I noticed was it smelled so good. The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and the quality of the towels was very nice.We enjoyed our stay!

Adorable Retro

This was such an adorable throw back to the good old days for sure. It was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults and an 8 yr old. The location was close to the beach and Daytona International Speedway, which worked out perfect for us. We're definitely coming back again next year for sure.

Terrible location and very outdated house

Drive up- yard is full of weeds and unkempt, total turnoff. House is from 40’S or 50’s… nothing updated. Electrical outlets didn’t work in bathrooms. Quite an eyesore. Microwave handle is broken, things are patched together. Very disappointed in house and stay.

Not bad, good location, people staying in the main house were very loud.

Was not bad for the price, bathroom was very small. Larger people this would not work for. Need to be upfront about that. Not an easy toilet for a man to have to sit down.

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location! Very nice quiet neighborhood

Me and my wife came down for bike week. The cottage is in a perfect location for everything you’ll want to do. We will definitely be back to stay in the future
