The House of SauzaieLa Centrale of the Island of Ré offers you this lovely house with an exterior in the heart of La Flotte.The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the port, shops and market (400 metres away) and close to the beach (350 metres away).This lovely single-storey house is functional, comfortable and features carefully designed decor.OUTSIDEThe house has a semi-covered terrace, a real asset in case of rain.INSIDEA living room / dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and back kitchen.Bedroom 1 consisting of a double bed 160*200cm.Bedroom 2 consisting of a double bed 140*200cm.A bathroom with shower and washbasin.A separate toilet.The house is non-smoking.Pets are not allowed.The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island that is 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our home.Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and our advice for discovering the Island of Ré in the best possible conditions!The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.SERVICES INCLUDED:The end-of-stay interview is included.The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.The security deposit of an amount of £1,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
