Welcome to our fantastic 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhome!

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
The bright, beautiful exterior of this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is sure to catch your eye. Upon entry, you'll see why this Park Avenue Gem, will be your perfect home away from home. Settle in, leave your keys at home, and enjoy a short 6-minute walk to the many attractions of Historic Main Street and the PCMR lifts. Staying here will forever change the way you choose vacation rentals.

This spectacular two level home has been renovated to a very high standard and boasts top of the line flooring, cabinetry, countertops and appliances. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds

**LOCATION**
The location can not be beaten. Right on Park Ave. Within a 5-6 minute walk to Town Ski Lift and Main street. The city bus stops right near our unit. A shared parking lot is also available should you have a vehicle.

**GETTING AROUND**
Park City offers a free bus service through-out town and there's a stop steps away from the town home.

Modern, renovated, and clean! The place was easy to find, and had easy to access parking. Location is spectacular, it was just a short walk to the ski resort, so it was perfect for a ski trip.

This is an ideal condo if you are looking for a short walk to the Resort Center lifts, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants! It was very comfortable, well equipped and super clean!

Great stay in great location

Really nice place in an outstanding location right by the base of mountain. Really enjoyed it. Only downside was a TV without many major channels for when we wanted some downtime. But would certainly stay again!

I stayed here for a girls trip with 2 other friends and the place met all of my our needs for a long weekend in Park City. The home is modern, comfortable, and clean and very conveniently located to Historic Main Street and Guardsman Pass. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and there was plenty of counter and storage space. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic location

Great location and very easy check-in process. We were able to fit 4 adults easily. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Will be back next time we are in Park City. Only thing we would recommend is adding a mattress topper to the beds as they were a bit stiff. There are two rooms with a king and a queen and a third room with a lots of space and multiple bunk beds.

Nice place in a great location

Great location and nice layout. Fire alarm too sensitive and could not cook without going off. Dishwasher does not clean properly and some bed sheets and blankets not clean. However, we would stay again. Everything else was top stars.

Family of 5 ski trip

We spent 10 nights with our 3 children and picked it as our kids all like having their own beds. property as described. The living area is small but well set up. There is no dining table just 6 stools and doing a meal for 8 people would mean a few people on the couch. We ate in and had enough to cook with. There were some supplies like olive oil, salt already there which was great. The property is about 1/2 way between the supermarket and Main st, easily walkable. The free shuttle bus stops were close by too.

Condo was very nice and updated.

Condo was small but fine for 6 adults from the same family. Appliances are new. Some folks felt the mattress were too hard. Park City Host was responsive to a few issues. Location is 10 minute walk to hustle of Main Street.

Great Property, Walking Distance from Park City Mountain

This property was amazing. We stayed for 9 nights and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to Park City Mountain with our kids and their gear. Very convenient! The interior looks like it was completely updated recently with nice finishes. Very modern, yet cozy. Highly recommend!
