Legacy Key 203 is a luxurious three bedroom, three bathroom property located on Ole River, just East of the Alabama Point Bridge. This property has beautiful views of Ono Island, boats of all types pass by, and dolphins play in Ole River, it can't get any better than that.

Very spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas with custom décor set the mood for destination relaxation. Kick back on the leather couch or recliner for deserved down time, white watching a movie or favorite game on the 60" flat screen. There is a desk and desk chair in the living room, incase you do have to work during your stay. The dining table can seat all of your guests. Granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen are ready for a gourmet dinner or southern cuisine take home. This property says welcome home as soon as you walk in the door. This spacious unit features 9- foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and tiled balcony. Seating on the balcony isn't a problem. There's a bar top table with four chairs for convenient outdoor dining. A settee, chaise loungers, and more.

The main bedroom features a very comfortable king bed, with balcony access. The master ensuite so spacious, with walk in separate shower, garden style tub, and double sinks. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, with private bath including a tub/shower combination. Last but not least the third guest bedroom features two twin beds. The third guest bath has hall access with tub/ shower combination.

The property has a bay front outdoor pool, indoor pool, exercise facility, gazebo with grilling facilities and outdoor seating area. The pier/boat docks are for owner use, but you can pick up and drop off, for a day on the water. The closest launches are Cotton Bayou and Boggy Point. No overnight tie up or storage of boat trailer on site.

***Two parking passes are allotted for Legacy Key 203. No parking under the building. This area is for owner parking only.
