Recreation: Engage in a friendly game on one of our three tennis courts, or take a refreshing dip in one of our two outdoor pools (one beachside and one riverside).

Boating & Fishing: The boat dock offers easy access to the water for boating enthusiasts, while the fishing pier is perfect for those who love to cast a line and enjoy the river breeze.

Beach Access: Even on the North side, you are just a short walk across the street to the private, uncrowded white-sand beaches.

Parking & Logistics
To ensure a seamless arrival, please note the parking policy:

You will receive the information to register your vehicles and purchase your parking pass(es) prior to your arrival. (Limit 2 vehicles; approximately $62.10 per pass).

Rules:

Primary renter must be 25+.

No pets, smoking, parties, or events.

Max 2 vehicles.

Parking passes must be purchased online from Wind Drift prior to arrival. Each unit is permitted (2) vehicles maximum per stay. Guest registration is (1) per vehicle at $62.50 each. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. Guest registration is valid for a maximum of (7) days. Longer stays will require re-registration. Once you register you will be sent a gate code for the complex.
