Single-story house of approximately 58 m² that can accommodate 3 people. It includes a fitted and equipped kitchen, living room, one bedroom with a double bed, shower room, and toilet. A separate studio opens onto a terrace with a single bed and shower room. Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, television, parasol, barbecue, 2 deckchairs, 2 sun loungers, and bicycle storage. 1 small dog allowed. Parking on the property. A cleaning fee of €80 is available.
