Belle maison, très agréable à vivre. Terrasse et jardin également très agréables, avec des zones ensoleillées ou à l'ombre à chaque instant de la journée, au calme et effectivement sans vis-à-vis. On a l'impression d'être dans un écrin de paradis, parfait pour se relaxer en vacances. Piscine très propre, d'une belle longueur pour pouvoir nager et dotée d'une petite partie avec seulement quelques centimètres d'eau, parfait pour laisser bébé patauger. Boulangerie, supermarché et petit parc à quelques minutes à pieds, ce qui facilite le quotidien. Accès en voiture très facile et rapide au centre de La Rochelle ou au Vieux-Port/aquarium. Bref, on aurait pû ne pas rendre la maison... ;-)
