Excellent holiday home with everything you could need. We had a great time every day in the heated pool. Bakery, patisserie and supermarket within walking distance. Enjoyed boat trips, beaches and town activities.

Spacious, quiet, relaxing!

Our family of 4 had a very enjoyable stay in La Rochelle! Eleanore’s home is spacious, stylishly decorated and comfortable. We all slept well! The garden with pool was a real bonus and we spent a lot of time playing cards on the decking - the optional canopy cover here was really useful. Large kitchen had almost everything we needed (wonderful fridge!). Air con in two of the bedrooms was a real plus. A pleasant 20 min walk into the centre of town. Some might mind this but we didn’t and in fact all really enjoyed the walk back especially after a dinner out. A good boulangerie a couple of mins walk away. Communication was good. Thank you!

Magnifique maison spacieuse, dans un quartier calme à 1/4 d’y du centre ville.

Belle ville, où il fait bon vivre. Ses pistes cyclables, son immense parc poumon la ville, son centre, animé et vivant en font un lieu agréable à vivre . L’île de Re, toute proche, magnifique, est un plus.

Belle maison très agréable

Séjour réussi dans cette très belle maison, nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort, les équipements et le goût de sa propriétaire qui y vit à l'année (beaux objets et matériaux raffinés : ça demande aussi plus de précautions qu'une location "de base"). Le vrai plus de cette maison : elle offre à la fois une belle piscine et un emplacement central, à 20mn à pied du cœur de ville. Attention, pour nous les draps n'étaient pas fournis cause Covid, il vaut mieux le vérifier assez tôt pour s'organiser.

Vi spenderade en vecka i detta fina hus i La Rochelle. Det var stora ytor och hade ett rymligt välutrustat kök där vi lagade goda middagar tillsammans alla sex. Det finns mycket att se och göra i La Rochelle och Il de Ré var fantastiskt. Vi hyrde cyklar och gav oss ut på tur på ön mellan saltbäddar och ostronodlingar. Det enda minuset var att vi var tvungna att släpa lakan och handdukar från Sverige. Lakanen hade dessutom fel mått för franska sängar och täcken.

Très belle maison à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous sommes partis à 8 . Une pièce à vivre spacieuse avec un coin cuisine bien équipé. Il y a 4 chambres avec chacun son petit avantage ( une avec terrasse ; une autre avec 2 lits séparés; une spacieuse avec salle de bain; et une autre isolé des autres avec son petit coin salle de bain aussi. Superbe maison

Nous (5 adultes) avons séjourné 5 jours dans cette maison avec deux enfants de moins de trois ans. Tout y est. La maison est confortable et sublime. Le jardin est très agréable. Je recommande sans problème cette maison. Si je ne mets pas cinq étoiles c'est juste parce qu'avec deux petits, le centre-ville est plus long à atteindre... Sinon à l'intérieur des murs, il n'y a rien à changer, c'est PARFAIT ! Merci encore !

Excellently equipped home with open plan layout and beautiful decor. Close to centre and beaches

We were given a warm welcome by Eleonore the owner and the house is fabulous with all you could want and more . It is a 15/20 min walk to the centre with a lovely patisserie and a Hypermarket very close by . Lots to see and do in the area and would highly recommend this as a destination and property . Hope to come back soon .

Maison OK, proprio limite...

Maison de ville très stylé avec de beaux volumes, beaux meubles et une chouette décoration (on sent que la proprio aime ca!), quartier calme et pas très loin du centre ville. Pas grand à chose à reprocher à la location! Par contre, propriétaire peu recommandable. La propriétaire garde le chèque de caution après l’état des lieux de sortie (c'est la 1ere fois que l'on me fait ce coup là pour une location de vacances!) et vous dit qu'elle vous le renverra dans un mois. Évidemment elle oublie et vous dit qu'elle l'a déchiré quand vous lui rappelez son oubli. Une relation de confiance unilatérale! Nous avons été obligé de payer en espèce la femme de ménage...(pas plus de commentaire sur ce point là!) Nous avions signalé pendant le séjour que le barbecue ne marchait plus, nous avions laissé un message et nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. Au final, une superlocation dont la propriétaire est un peu trop fière ...!!
