This brand new beach house is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom unit. It sleeps 4 in comfortable beds, 1 in a bunk bed and 1 in a sofa bed located in the living area. It also features a private pool . The unit is located 4 blocks off of the beach in Central Jaco. You will be walking distance everywhere and just a 7 minute walk to grocery stores, night life, and restaurants. The house is located in LAPA LIVING which is a brand new gated community with 24 hour security and two brand new pools.
