Available for use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas, wood/coal). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the covered terrace (together with living room / bedroom) with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Radicofani, 590 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 10,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The house is situated near a provincial road with very little traffic. Access is directly from the main road (gravel or crushed stone, length 20 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) in a carport and on the property.
