This elegant first-floor Windswept villa features ocean views from the living room - soak up some sun on the deck, dine al fresco on the covered porch, or just curl up on the couch for a cozy nap.

You'll be swept away by the beautiful flooring, open concept, and natural light that works to provide this bright modern villa with a smart yet welcoming atmosphere. Get creative in the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to put together tonight's new masterpiece. There is both a Keurig coffee brewer and a regular drip maker for the java lovers in your group. Later, the outside deck is the perfect place to catch up with old friends while you enjoy the starlight and the soft sounds of the ocean surf.

This elegant Windswept villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area for an additional two guests. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the ocean facing sun deck. The bathroom is accessed from the master suite and hallway and is beautifully renovated with a walk-in glass shower. There is elevator access available in this building.

Dirty condo with great location, poor rental service

Dirty condo. Not cleaned at checkout time. Had difficulty get in touch with management to get property cleaned. When done only partially cleaned. Had to clean ourselves. Dirty floor, black mold in shower ,and musty odor. Carpets in living room and bedroom dirty and stained. Chair arms in living room dirty and stained. Windows smudged and old horseshoe crab still on deck left by previous tenants. No apologies or follow up by property management.

Great view and location.

The property is well maintained. Heated floors in the bathroom were welcomed surprise. The sounds of the ocean were very relaxing. The occupants above got a little noisy but quieted down after we spoke with them. We will definitely stay here again.
