The 'Beech Slapped' Condo is located right next to the Community Pool with a hot tub and game room that has a pool table, air hockey and ping pong.(coins required) There is also a play area with a swing set, picnic table and firepit with perfect hills to play on after a good snow.

Living Room:
The Living area has a cozy propane fireplace with a convenient timer, a sofa chair and couch for extra seating, games including a card games, tick tac toe, yahtzee and some puzzles for the kids.

Dining Room:
The attached dining room has a large farmhouse table that seats 8 adults.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully labeled with all your basic needs including, keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishware and utensils(kids dishes included), pots and pans, packaged condiments - Everything to get you started and make it feel like home!

The Master:
This room(Bears Den) has a queen bed, smart TV, attached balcony, closet and dresser with plenty of storage for clothes, pedestal fan.

Bedroom 2:
The 2nd bedroom (Cuckoos Nest) has a queen bed, smart TV, closet and dresser with plenty of storage for clothes, box fan.

Bedroom 3:
The 3rd bedroom (Pigs in a Blanket) has a Twin over full bunk with a full trundle, smart TV, closet and dresser with plenty of storage for clothes, pedestal fan, kids sleds for winter season.

Large Rear Deck has multiple chairs and dining table to enjoy the view and fresh air.

Condo includes all linens and towels, basic toiletries including shampoo/soaps to get you started, starter pack of tea/coffee.

Indoor Heated Pool/Rec Room: Shared by only 15 owners, we have one of only two swimming pools on Beech Mountain! Our pool, spa and recreation room is shared for guests only and not available to the public.

Extras: outdoor grills, outdoor firepit and child's playground with slide and swings.

The location was great and host was responsive. However, it seems like either the cleaners didn’t come before we arrived or they just did a poor job cleaning. Also, they only leave a very limited supply of laundry pods and dishwasher pods, so keep that in mind if you are a large group staying for multiple days.

It was the perfect location for us. The kids liked that it was barely 5 min to Beech. Feeding the deer right from the front door was a highlight for the kids. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay for Spring Break Snowboarding

My family and I had a great time! Condo was very clean and updated while still holding vintage cabin vibes. The beds are VERY comfortable and the location is only a 5 min drive to the Beech Mt parking lots. Only downside is the shared pool and jacuzzi are outdated and a little dirty. Overall great condo and great hosts!

Great location for skiing at Beech Ski Resort (our reason for the stay). Host family was communicative throughout. Home was clean and comfortable. The only thing to note is the driveway. If you come in Winter, and it’s just snowed, or is icy, you’ll need AWD to get up the hump, so plan accordingly

Beech Bungalow

My husband and I rented this unit to go skiing with our grandchildren, who were staying in another unit in the complex. It was beautifully appointed, many extras and all the comforts of home. Can't beat the convenience to the slopes or the town and the indoor pool was a hit with the youngsters. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all our inquiries ahead of our stay.

Heather and Tom are the new owners and managers, Parents of four children(three boys and one girl) based out of Charlotte NC. We have been visiting the NC mountains and Blue Ridge Parkway area multiple times a year since having kids. We love escaping to the mountains in the summer time heat, as well as playing in the snow and learning to ski during the winter. We always wanted a place in the mountains to call our own, where we could enjoy building wonderful memories with our children. Beech Mountain truly has it all, no matter what time of year you're visiting there is always plenty to do and explore. We hope you love it here at Beech Mountain as much as our family, we are always available by phone, text or email before, during and after your visit here.

Why they chose this property

We vacationed at Beech Mountain a couple years in a row and fell in love with the area so much we jumped on the opportunity to purchase a condo here and share our love for the area with others. The Condo is so close to Beech Mountain Ski resort in the winter and Mountain Biking in the Summer. The play ground area has hills the kids love sledding down after a snow, everyone enjoys seeing the deer that come right to your door. During the fall the leaves are beautiful and walking the trails nearby enjoyed by all.
If you are looking for a family friendly location, or a peaceful getaway to the mountains you've found the right place.

Some of our guests favorite amenities include Heated indoor pool, Hot Tub, games room for the kids that will for sure occupy them for hours playing Pool, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, pacman, Corn-Hole or playing at the card table.

At the playground only 200ft away there is a Swing Set with Slide, Picnic Tables with a charcoal Grill, and fire pit.
There is also plenty of things to do during the summer. Hiking, UTV tours, ziplines, fishing. Truly something for everyone to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

This property is only 50 ft from the Heated Pool and Hot Tub. Deer are always visiting the front of the condo and there are 2 hiking trails nearby with fairy gardens for the kids to explore. There are only 15 condos so the amenities feel like your own, the Pool, hot tub and game room has never been crowded. The kids enjoy the on-site playground and love sledding down the hills during the winter there.
