Experience Palm Springs luxury in historic Desert Park Estates. Completely remodeled home with beamed ceilings, open concept living/dining room, and gorgeous swimming pool+spa with mountain views.

Resort-like backyard, perfect for all-day fun. Relax in the swing under the shade tree, nap on the daybed, or BBQ and eat outside on the custom teak table. Just added a Peloton bike! You won't want to leave!

Less than 10 minute drive to downtown PS and about 1/2 mile walk to Victoria Park.

Guest booking this home must be 25 years or older as our short-term rental permit requires. Parties and events are not permitted.

This home allows a maximum of 8 adults/kids plus 2 additional kids 12 or under.

Peloton Bike is available for your use during stay. Please note that you will need compatible cycling shoes and ride at your own risk. You are responsible for following all instructions and ensuring that you're not putting yourself or others at risk by electing to ride.

There are strict noise (outdoor music) and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without refund if any of the short-term rental rules are violated.

All activities must be taken inside by 10pm to comply with the quiet hours for short-term rental compliance.

To heat pool we charge $150/day.

A copy of a government-issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the short-term rental guidelines and rules.

Family escape to Palm Springs

Shaelyn and Charlie were excellent hosts, providing a home that was welcoming and very clean. We were able to easily settle in and relax at their property. The yard is well-kept and was a great place our family to play, relax and barbeque. When we had a minor repair issue for the dryer, they were very prompt in responding and the dryer was fixed, no problem. We would love to return.
