Joshua was very prompt in communicating! He made a special effort to make sure the house was clean . But there was ketchup & things left in the refrigerator & veggie drawer was not clean . Ice in the ice machine had been there for a while . The microwave had not been cleaned and the sofa - well it’s been well used . The location was where we wanted to be for the weekend but I’ll stay at a hotel next time !

Tulsa gem!

The property worked out perfectly for our needs and our time at the horse show. A great place to stay long term and the communication was great too. Will definitely recommend!

Perfect for our stay!

Location was top notch for our stay. We spent very little time at the house but it was perfect for what we needed. Safe neighborhood. The condition of the driveway is concerning for any low profile vehicle. The concrete is heaving and broken creating a tricky in/out of the driveway. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom small but clean. Very inviting and super cute environment

The house was perfect for our family! Conveniently located for us as we were at the fairgrounds most of the weekend. Josh was fantastic! Communication was excellent! He is a very creative problem solver. He was a perfect host for us making sure that we well cared for. I look forward to booking with Josh when we go back to Tulsa.

The location was perfect however it was quite dirty when we got there and we even had to unload the dishwasher. They did not have enough towels for us and since we were staying for 10 days, there were no paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex anything like that we had to buy all of our own stuff. It’s pet friendly, which was wonderful. However they charged us a 75 cleaning fee and said it was due to pet hair. However, our dog really does not shed and we left the home cleaner than what we got it.

Cute, clean home close to everything!

Home was just as listed. Very clean. Soap and fresh towels were provided and waiting in each of the 3 bedrooms. Air conditioner worked great and so did hot water! Property manager was very quick to respond. Easy check in and out. Home is located in a nice area of Tulsa, close to shopping and great restaurants.

Four night stay

When we arrived it was very late and we just wanted to get to bed. The floors turned our socks black after just minutes after taking off our shoes. We ended up wearing shoes the rest of the trip which made us feel uncomfortable. The bed my son was going to be sleeping in had hair all over so he ended sleeping on the couch. We also found a water beetle or roach in the bedroom (2) and one in the shower. I sent the host a message and he replied immediately. He did say the house is older and is sprayed monthly and that he would have someone out immediately in the morning to spray again. He came over with pest control, they sprayed while he remade the bed. I found that the house was not cleaned properly because there were streaks on doors and walls from some type of sticky liquid and had black fuzz on it. I also found hair rubber bands in the bedroom next to the mirror. The paint is very out dated and the doors had chipped paint or extra wear in tear. The shower nozzle was terrible and had no water pressure. There was one garbage can in the house and no curtains/blinds in living room. Positive:the host was great. He promptly responded to my messages and was extremely nice.

Thank you for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to show how much we value our guests with the extra pest spraying, changing sheets and vacuuming to try and make your stay feel better. Wish we could have known about the other issues as we would have jumped on those as well. When we went over to help you seemed to be satisfied with the changes so a bit confusing to see such a low rating. We have a cleaning team deep clean our home every time and have video proof of before and after the stays for just this reason. We pride ourselves in our home and love to be given chance to rise to the occasion when a mistake is made. We hope future guests enjoy our home as much as our previous guests have.

Our family would stay here again

My family of six enjoyed our stay in Tulsa. The house was within easy driving distance of the Discovery Lab and The Gathering Place. The owners provided easy to follow check-in and check out instructions along the way. Their communication was timely each time. To top it all off, the Wi-Fi was speedy (300+/300+ according to SpeedTest) and the bedding was plentiful.

Very cozy home!

I appreciated the huge windows in the living room, the cleanliness, and how quaint the home was. It was easy to get to from the interstate and close to just about everything. I highly recommend people to stay here!

Great Location
