An manchen Tagen war es kalt und man konnte den Kamin nicht nutzen und die Heizung war abgeschlossen und ging teilweise nur über Nacht an. Das Meer kann man nicht sehen und man kann auch hinten im Garten nicht raus, da das Gartentor abgeschlossen war.

En réponse à Rolf S : La température de la maison est programmée en permanence à 19° par thermostat automatique conformément à l'article R241-26 du Code de l'énergie. Je mentionne que le bon fonctionnement de l'installation et de la chaudière a été contrôlé par un professionnel le 18 septembre 2025, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur. Par ailleurs, le voyageur disposait de la clef du portillon donnant accès à la dunes. L'utilisation de la cheminée à feu de bois n'est pas autorisée, précisé dans le règlement intérieur.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Calais/Sangatte sehr genossen! Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, sehr nah am Meer, in einer ruhigen kleinen Siedlung. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die sich um die Vermietungen kümmern (Danke an Nathalie und Bruno!) Gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, der bei Problemen immer schnell reagiert hat, auch aus der Ferne. Das Haus ist noch nicht fertig renoviert, wir sind aber zuversichtlich, dass das Haus bald richtig super sein wird. Für das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis haben wir gerne ein paar Abstriche gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft.
