Park City Rossie Hill is situated on a hillside in Old Town Park City. It is just over a mile to Deer Valley Resort, almost two miles to Park City Mountain Resort and 0.3 miles to the shuttle stops Sunspot Bus Stop and Shorty's Stairs. In addition, you will be close to everything the Old Town area has to offer: world class restaurants, shopping and recreation opportunities!

This two-level condo has 1,757 square feet, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodated up to eight people.

You will enter the home either through the garage or front door, and then into the great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining area — with lovely hardwood flooring throughout.

Living Room: This space offers mountain contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV with cable programming, and a warm gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a Bosch glass top electric stovetop in the center island, granite counters and the kitchen bar has seating for three.

Dining Room: The dining area offers a table with seating for six with some area mountain views.

Ski vacation

the residence was very comfortable and clean. Great location. The snow plows took care of the driveway to the house and the street out front. We didn't rent a an AWD vehicle so had to park at the base of the hill one day.

Deer Valley Park City Home

This was a fantastic home! It was perfect for our family Christmas getaway vacation. It was very comfortable. It was a perfect distance between Deer Valley and Park City Main Street. We were happy with the excellent property condition, that it has a garage to keep the snow off your car, the kitchen was up to date, it was homey and inviting. Terrific place!! Can't wait to return again!

Snow tires required!

If It is snowing (more often than not in SLC) you cannot get to the house without snow tires and some Uber drivers will not take you to the house. Made for some challenging times getting to and from the house to say the least.

Holiday Getaway

Everything about this place was pretty amazing other then two small things. If you have more then two cars you will have issues parking at the house. There is public parking near by for an added cost. Getting back from the mountain is the absolute worst as it takes 2 hours or you have to walk and it’s about a 30 min walk up hill the whole way! So plan for this if you’re staying here. Other then these two items we were very happy with our stay! Thank you!

Clean and quiet

Nice location, very clean. Lots of board games to play. Newer appliances. Large garage. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Plenty of linens. Hot tub was nice after skiing (though a Tshirt and some trash was leftover from previous renter) Just a few cons- hot water runs out after 3 showers. Had to carefully time showers and laundry for family of 5. Furniture in the family room area isn’t the most comfortable for relaxing after a long day of skiing, especially with the tv placement. Didn’t use the shower in the bunk room bc the door wouldn’t slide, but still had 2 other showers to use. Also, could use a few more kitchen items, mostly storage containers. Overall though it was a quiet area and walkable to downtown PC.
