The sea at the door

The sea is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 50 m). From the balcony you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The center of the fashionable Timmendorfer beach is about 1 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful promenade.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.60 wide), a single bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the living / sleeping area there is a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 wide). The open kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the south-facing balcony, which invites you to linger and relax. An awning provides shade on hot summer days. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Entertainment in the evening: 1 flat-screen TV with cable connection in the living room invites to exciting film evenings. Another flat screen TV is in the bedroom. W-Lan access is also part of the entertainment.

Schöner Urlaub mit Einschränkungen

Das Appartment hat eine gute Lage. Es ist gut eingerichtet, der Balkon aber sehr lieblos und dreckig. Da neben dem Hotel und gegenüber jeweils ein Hotel ist, kommt es oft morgens zu lautem Krach durch LKWs, die die Hotels anfahren beliefern. Die Parkplatzsituation ist auch nicht optimal, weil nicht genügend Plätze vorhanden sind. In der Hauptsaison wenn alles Apparments belegt sind, könnte es eng werden.

Nähe zum Strand hervorragend, Balkon sehr schön

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, Spaziergang zum Zentrum als Abendspaziergang zum Abendessen angenehm ( ca. 15 Minuten pro Strecke), morgens fehlt aber ein Bäcker in der Nähe. Dafür super nah zum Strand. Schlecht war die dürftige Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer. Man wurde früh wach. An die Matratzen musste man sich auch gewöhnen. Ist wahrscheinlich subjektiv… schönes großes Sofa, zwei Fernseher. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung !

Die bilder auf dem Portal endsprechen nicjt die Realität. Es gibt kein Meerblick! !!! Die Wohnung ist total lieblos eingerichtet. Vielleicht muss sich die Agenture auch mal um geeignetes Reinigungspersonal kümmern .

Super Lage, aber für Familie mit kleinen Kindern eher ungeeignet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, 2 min zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Alles notwendige war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung eher ungeeignet: die Wohnung ist im 2.OG ohne Aufzug, es besteht eine Verletzungsgefahr wegen der Möbelstücke, die nicht kindergerecht gesichert waren. Mit der Vermittlungsagentur waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Geräumige und schöne Wohnung mit „kleinen Abers“

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und sehr geräumig. Die Bilder entsprechen auch den Tatsachen. Das Meer ist schnell zu erreichen. Man kann es vom Balkon auch bereits sehen. Zum nächstgelegenen Bäcker dauert es leider seine Zeit. Hin- und Rückweg waren ca. 35min. Auch zu den nächsten Restaurants ist es ein kleiner Fußweg. Jetzt die „kleinen Abers“. Ich weiß nicht, ob vor uns längere Zeit kein Besucher in der Wohnung war. Aber es war alles sehr staubig. Die Spiegel hatten ziemlich dreckige Stellen (Fettfinger, Streifen). Die Pfannen in der Küche waren dreckig. Im Kühlfach lag noch angefangenes Essen vorm Vormieter. Und das „Highlight“ war, dass ein gebrauchtes Kondom im Badezimmer auf dem Spiegelschrank lag. Das alles hat nichts mit der Wohnung als solches zu tun, war aber bei dem Preis pro Nacht sehr ärgerlich und auch einfach unschön. Die Themen wurden aber mit der Verwaltung besprochen und werden hoffentlich zu unserer Zufriedenheit „gelöst“. Alles in allem ist der Timmendorfer Strand ein schönes Urlaubsziel. Und auch in der Wohnung kann man sich wohl fühlen, wenn die Endreinigung vom Vormieter gut und vernünftig erledigt wird. Danke für die Zeit!
