Fantastic apartment with ski-in/ski-out access.We’ve stayed at Townsend Place for the past few years, and this was one of the nicest units we’ve experienced. With three bedrooms, we were able to avoid using the living room sofa for sleeping, which made a big difference for our family. The unit is also more spacious than others we’ve stayed in.The apartment was fully stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent throughout. Highly recommend.

Great Beaver Creek Location

The owner is friendly and attentive. The condo is spacious and has a very nice view - including of the fireworks over Beaver Creek Village. Very nice living room and kitchen and plenty of space. We had a wonderful stay.

Ski in ski out

Wonderful spot for family…we loved roasting marshmallows in the fireplace…definitely utilize the ski in ski out features…just left of the strawberry lift there is a path just to the left that leads you back to the condo! Highly recommended!

Great condo, great location

Condo exactly as advertised. Has all amenities. Nice views. Easy access to Elkhorn lift and short walk (or shuttle) to village. Really nice hot tub. Ski lockers easy and convenient Property Mgr did regular check ins to make sure we were happy. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Perfect Location!!

This condo worked out great for us! David was the property manager and did a fantastic job of communicating great tips for the unit and recommending some great restaurants. The location of the unit is right by a trail that takes you to the Elkhorn lift so very convenient!!!

Really great family stay

We enjoyed our stay at Townsend Place and would consider for our return trips to Beaver Creek. Unit is very comfortable and as-advertised. There is one king bedroom and adjoining bath on the main level and two more bedrooms (1 king & 1 bunk room) and bathroom upstairs. The bottom bunk is a little tight and not suitable for adults, but otherwise very functional. This is not a new unit and is showing some age, though it’s comfortable and relatively good value given proximity to the center of the village.

Great Family Ski Get-away

Townsend Place was a wonderful location for our family of six. There was plenty of room to spread out and we loved the close proximity to Beaver Creek Village and ease of getting to and from the slopes. The unit is nicely decorated. The property manager was wonderful to communicate with and made sure to let us know if there was anything we needed we could contact him. As lovely as the unit is, there are some items that need updating such as rusty pots and pans, worn out cooking utensils and the master bedroom mattress definitely needs an upgrade. Other than those few minor upgrades, I would definitely recommend this unit.

Perfect spot for ski in ski out and easy access to the village. Plus, very comfy couch with cozy blankets for watching movies at home after skiing all day! We loved our stay and hope to come back.

Great location and spacious

We had a great time. The property is exactly what we hoped for - easy ski in/ski out. Quick walk to the main village along the creek. Property manager was very hands on and helpful. While we loved the ski path to and from the condo, it might not be the best for brand new skiers / snowboarders. Easy to recommend this place for a family looking for a spacious unit with a great location ! Thanks for having us !

Another great trip to BC!

We have been to Beaver Creek many times as it's our favorite family ski place. The condo is great and it was perfect for our family with three teenagers. It's very convenient to the Village and ski lifts which is key in our opinion since we don't like to waste precious time getting to and from the slopes. The kitchen and fire place were great for our stay. We will book again next time. Thanks!
