NEW LISTING! Waterfront 2 BR, 2 BA at River's Edge on Steinhatchee River with a dock and private boat slip with a spectacular VIEW of the river. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities you could possibly need. There is even a bait freezer in the storage room available for your use! There are 3 smart TV's - in the living room and both bedrooms and there is WiFi available to you as well. Exterior security cameras. The beds are super comfy and there are plenty of towels and beach towels for your use. The condo is also stocked with coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, sweet 'n low, salt, pepper, an assortment of spices, aluminum foil, and many other nice necessities that you won't need to run to the store to grab. Starter paper products and toiletries are also provided. You will absolutely love sitting on the balcony overlooking the Steinhatchee River and watch the fishing boats come in carrying their catch of the day into Sea Hag Marina - right across the river. If you don't bring a boat, but want to rent one or charter a fishing trip, you can do that at Sea Hag Marina. They have a whole fleet of rental boats and many charter captains, but be sure to book in advance. If you do bring your own boat, you have a private slip available to you that is 40' long and can accommodate a boat 10' wide. There is a fish cleaning table on the dock and also a private gazebo for the use of River's Edge Condo owners and guests. Take a dip in the pool after a day enjoying everything that Steinhatchee has to offer (fishing, boating, scalloping or just chillin'). You can bring your four legged friend (limit 2 dogs with a pet fee of $75 each doggie- but no cats allowed). The condo is pet friendly, but please use the dogdoo bags that are provided in the laundry room to clean up after your pet. This is a NO SMOKING condo, not even on the balcony. We absolutely love the Old Florida vibe and the friendly people in Steinhatchee, and we hope you enjoy your stay at our special slice of paradise, Steinhatchee Serenity.

Perfect condo while in the area scalloping. The condo had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. It is 10 minutes to the gulf by boat and the launch was so convenient.

Perfect fishing get away! Well equipped kitchen, great location, comfortable furniture, wonderful balcony overlooking the river, handy fish cleaning station on a great dock, and terrific boat slip! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Everything was perfect for our first time taking an adventure using vrbo and going somewhere unknown. The residence was very welcoming and clean and convenient to everything. We fished, rode bikes and ate out. Was not disappointed at all in the entire trip.

We had a great week in a beautiful location with access to the water, restaurants and boat launch. The home owners were very responsive and even had a coffee maker delivered when the one at the property broke! Each question I had was promptly answered and the pictures perfectly depict the location. We loved the extras - freezer space and storage unit. You can’t miss with this choice!

Scallops Galore

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was very clean, had everything we needed to have fun, cook great meals, and stay cool after a day of boating. The convenience of having the storage closet downstairs with a freezer was great. The boat ramp and dock were easy to access. We enjoyed many other nice people staying in the building during our afternoons/evenings at the pool. Great place to stay with easy access to the gulf!

Awesome Place! Amazing views! And super fishing.

The owners were excellent hosts! Our Condo was in great condition and super clean. The views from the balcony were the highlight of the stay! Pelicans, boats, amazing sunrises and sunsets to mention a few. If you are planning to fish or just watch some fantastic sunsets over the gulf, there is a free boat ramp within a block, and the included dock space has it own fish cleaning station. The owners were very responsive to our questions! We are returning as soon as possible! D & J

Excellent Property!!

This property was exactly as described! Gorgeous condo, gorgeous views, great location! Everything you need for your stay was there - exceptionally well stocked. Cooking equipment (pots & pans), utensils, and small kitchen appliances were excellent - there were even to go coffee cups if you perhaps like to take a cup during your morning walk. Very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds too! I highly recommend. Communication with the owner was excellent! Easy to talk to and super helpful. One of the best experience with a vacation rental. I will be back during scallop season!! Most EXCELLENT!

Pretty view, easy check in. Pictures really need to be updated as does the condo. Our host had no apologizes. Left early due to the work being outside. All the noise and mess. We were the only occupants of the condo, apparently every else knew about the scheduled work.

This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. I have stayed at 2 other places this year and nothing exceeds this place! We also bring our bernedoodle that is very important to us. Great location. Easy booking and pet friendly. Great response time. Unit was nice and clean. Reason for 4 star on cleanliness there was poop in the pool and it took the pool guy a couple days to get there to clean it up. Pool at adjacent property was available due to this mishap.

Perfect scalloping location

My family and friends stayed for a weekend Scalloping trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and all we could hope for. The assigned dock meant we never had to hurry to get a spot for our boat. The owner was easy to reach for our check in and extremely attentive. This place is on top of the list for where we want to stay when we plan our next trip!

We just recently purchased our condo because we absolutely love Steinhatchee and the super friendly people here! The area is laid back, has a lot of great restaurants and some of the best fishing and scalloping anywhere in the state. The location and the view is just spectacular and we hope you enjoy spending time in our little slice of paradise as much as we do. It truly is Steinhatchee Serenity!

Why they chose this property

River's Edge is the perfect location because it has a boat ramp within walking distance, boat trailer parking across the street and parking right outside the front door. It is right on the river and you have spectacular views right off your balcony! It also has an elevator and a grassy area in the back for your fur babies, as long as they are on a leash. It just doesn't get any better than this! Oh, did I mention the fantastic restaurants in the area and Maddy's Market grocery store that is right around the corner with an Ice House to buy your bagged ice? Perfect!
