Built in 2021, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in gated community with boat slip included. Gorgeous view from 2 decks overlooking the marsh and Steinhatchee River. Located near the Community Pool and BBQ. Central to everything and a short boat ride to the gulf. The kitchen has a full size gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Conexon fiber high speed internet and wifi throughout the home. 75" Television/DVD with Youtube TV in the living room and master and full size TV and DVD player in each bedroom.

We stay at this house often, and it is always a perfect stay! It’s well maintained and the host is super responsive to any questions you may have. We’ve stayed at a lot of homes in Steinhatchee and this one is by far the best!

4th of July Scalloping

We were very pleased with the property! Loved the location and having a boat dock assessable was a big plus for us! The only negative I would give and it is minimal would the kitchen need a few more utensils and pans for cooking ! Would love to stay here again!!

This was a beautiful home that was equipped with all of the necessities from home and more! The owner provided all of the needed information about the property ahead of time. Having stayed a week, it was great to have a boat dock to keep our boat. Would love to stay here again!

Great vacation home!

Great location, newer home, and the furnishings make you feel right at home! We love the neighborhood this home is in (in fact, we’ve been hunting for a lot to come on the market) because it is such a quaint little community. Lots of little extras in the house and my mom LOVED the espresso machine. Gorgeous view and great floor plan. And right next to the community pool!

Spring Break

Beautiful home on the Steinhatchee River. We have stayed in several places along the river over the years and this may very well be the best. The main level has a great layout that made cooking and eating around the island so easy for our group of 6. Screened porch facing the river was great for watching the sunset. The home is equipped with everything you need for relaxing and a little fishing.

Simply perfect!

This quaint home, located on the river, is comfortable and nicely decorated. It has all the amenities necessary for a relaxing fishing getaway in the quiet town of Steinhatchee. We trailered our golf cart and easily made it to all the little areas around town like restaurants and marinas. The hosts made sure we had basic amenities that most VRBOs don't. Paper towels, condiments, seasonings, coffee bar and even bandaids! These little additions were very nice. Book this spot soon! You won't be disappointed!
