Our communication with the host was great. We had no problems checking in. The pool was clean. The house was actually more room than we needed (6 adults and 2 kids). Plenty of towels, very comfortable beds. Ample parking for 4 vehicles. Walking distance to Fiddler’s for dinner, drinks and live music. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.

This house is perfect for a few families to share...great for kids. The location is great. The trash situation was our only issue. The trash cans by the road were full when we checked in and out, so we had no where to put the trash, which was a lot with the size of this house and how many people it holds.

Hi Rick, Thank you for the great review! Regarding the trash, we have 2 large bins that are picked up every Monday. In the future, if they are full we can call the service to come sooner. We hope to host you again soon!

Nice and pleasant

It was good over all, I just missed a couple of things no dish rag, no dust pan, pots and pans are the nonstick which I don’t use and needed to Be replaced… sheets was very old… needs to be updated, only 1 tv was a smart tv, the vacuum smelled like dog… had to quickly put it up! Air would not go down below 72 that’s hot there… Yard and around pool was not kept up, the house needs to be sprayed for bugs and bees outside around the pool. The walk way to the pool looked like they left the rug up and just threw it over the side, left the pool brush on the steps… But The pool was clean, but I never saw the front.. their building condos too close …the grill that was there we could not use… (no grill) but one thing we enjoyed it and made it …. I hope we left It cleaner than we started FYI .. I would want to know all these things but maybe I’m to picky!!

Scallop rental

We arrived at 3:55pm, at the exact same time we received the text with the door code. The house is huge, plenty of room. Great location. We had 9 in our party, 3 of which were kids. Each couple had their own room and the kids shared a big bedroom with 3 beds. Air worked well and the pool was nice. There were plenty of towels. The house was really nice and beds were comfortable. BUT, be sure to bring toilet paper and garbage bags. No spares are provided. Direct TV worked on 2 TVs but not on the third. The online picture of the outside of the house should be updated since there are now condos in the front yard. Sliding glass door needs some work for security. And, we should not have had to do the chores like stripping the beds and gathering the towels to be washed. I feel like that was paid for in the price and the fees that were added.

The property had some issues. The master bath sink did not drain. We called to alert the host it wasn’t working. They said they sent someone, but it never drained during our stay. The televisions in the master and hall bedrooms did not work. Someone came over but they never remedied the situation. The house provided ample space for our large group. The pool was nice, but having a skimmer would be a good idea to keep bugs and leaves out. Overall the house was in a great location to the marina, and was comfortable. It just needed to be a little cleaner.

The house was large and fit our family reunion nicely. The large pool and game room were a big hit with everyone. Ample parking for vehicles and the boat was also a plus. A few updates and details would have made the stay even better. The kitchen supplies (pots/pans/can opener/scissors/plates/silverware) were missing or minimal quantities - certainly not adequate for a house that sleeps 13. The double refrigerators were great but my wife had to scrub the handles because they were grimy. The game room ping pong paddles were well worn and the pool cues were all missing tips. The pool had four lounge chairs - 2x nice new ones and 2x torn older, unusable ones. These were not major issues but over looked details that would improve the next persons stay. Thank you for a house that fit our whole clan and allowed us to try scalloping in Steinhatchee.
