Holiday in the former press house

Welcome to the Lindenbornhof. We are happy to accommodate also guests who prefer not to drive without your four-legged friends on holiday.

The 38 sqm large walk-Non smoking apartment "wine house" with private entrance from the main house and hayloft is to enter the beautiful, Mediterranean-style courtyard. Several fountains, antique items, many plants and an old winepress determine the flair. The placed in front of the apartment rattan furniture invites to sunny breakfast among the pine or sundowners in romantic illuminated garden.

The apartment is lovingly furnished with tasteful details, pleasant color scheme in yellow and terracotta. Different ceiling heights, some bars, accentuates set-high partition walls, steps and angular structure the space. Our prices are all utilities,
Bed linen, towels, cleaning and VAT included.

Living area with cozy wing chairs, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, many pictures, books and games; cozy lighting through floor and table lamps.
Vanilla Yellow kitchenette complete with everything you want on holiday not miss: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, fondue, grill, etc., 2-hotplate ceramic hob. Dishwashing liquid, filter paper, Zewa-roll etc.

The sleeping area with double. Bed is separated by a gauzy curtain.
Bathroom with bath, shower enclosure and washing machine (dryer
can be shared). Bicycles can be parked in the barn; Parking outside the front gate.

Excellent hiking and cycling trails just a few steps and one is directly from the house, in the vineyards.
Edesheim has an excellent infrastructure with train - bus connection, swimming pool, doctors, supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, bakery, breakfast cafe, etc., and yet it is a quiet village. Our house is located at the village end, only a few steps to the vineyards.

Edesheim ist schön

Der Ort war für unser Vorhaben genau das richtige. (Treffen mit Freunden) Die Wohnung ist für meinen Geschmack zu stark überladen Deko Artikeln. Das Bett für zwei große Personen zu klein und der Aufstellraum zu eng. Die Vermieter konnten wir leider nicht kennenlernen, man wollte keinen persönlichen Kontakt. Schade.

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung .Herrliches Gärtchen, man sitzt auch bei großer Hitze gemütlich . Ein Besuch im Winzerstüben "zur Blume " ist sehr zu empfehlen. Lecker Essen und lecker Wein!

Wunderbare Lage, Idyll in der Pfalz

Die Fewo ist perfekt und stilvoll für 2 Peersonen eingerichtet. Der Hof-Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Man kann von dort wunderbare Radtouren in alle Richtungen (Neustadt, Landau, Speyer usw.) unternehmen. Im sehr gut geführten Freibad von Edesheim kann man sich morgens (trotz Corona) erfrischen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Unzumutbarkeit der Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist eine Einraumwohnung mit wenig Möglichkeiten der Durchlüftung. (Kellerluke im Schlafbereich, im Bad konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, im Wohn- und Küchenbereich konnte man das Fenster nur ankippen.) Kühlschrankgeräusche und tickende Uhren stören den Schlaf. Der Innenhof ist der Zugangsbereich zur Haustüre des Vermieters, zum Schuppen mit Mäusen (laut Vermieterin)

Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, es fehlte nichts. Besonders der schöne, schattige Hof war bei den Temperaturen ein Genus. Auch die Restauranttipps von Familie Kreuz waren sehr gut. Alles in Allem eine schöne Woche.

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung mit schönem Winzerhof

Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht ganz so viel Glück und so konnten wir den schönen Winzerhof vor der Ferienwohnung, leider nicht richtig genießen. Aber gerne vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Nicht zu vergessen natürlich die urige Kneipe der Gastfamilie Kreutz.
