Studio, direct access to the BEACH, on the first floor, small cocoon with a sea view terrace of 13 m2 for beautiful convivial moments. An ideal location, with independent entrance, private parking space in front of the apartment included in the price. A holiday without taking your car, an exceptional place. Ideal for couple or couple with a child, sofa bed 140 in the living room and children's bed in an independent space (no master bedroom), internet, kitchen area with mini oven, Nespresso coffee machine. Minimum 4 nights outside the summer season, from June to August. Pets are not allowed. No washing machine or dishwasher. The apartment must be left clean (deposit). <br> No parties allowed in the apartment. The beach, the surf school, the children's club, the restaurants .....and all the festive places are within walking distance....!

Très bel appartement tout proche de la plage et de la place centrale, avec une place de parking disponible à deux pas. Il n'est pas toujours facile de se garer dans le quartier, donc c'était très pratique. L'appartement est fonctionnel et très chaleureux, même s'il est un peu petit. On a pu y cuisiner et y passer un super week-end prolongé. À noter que le lit double est un canapé clic-clac qu'il faut déplier/replier.
