Small apartment in a great location & quiet area. Walked to Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Champs Elysees. Several walkable caffes. Only negative comments would be that there is a small spiral staircase up to apartment that was not pictured or mentioned in description. A little tricky carrying suitcases. Living room has 2 very hard & cold couches. No pillows for comfort. Minimal decorations. Mattress in master bedroom sags on 1 side. Host was very responsive & helpful. Overall, location was most important to us & enjoyed our visit.

Property was clean. They brought us extra coffee, dish towels and candy and check in. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in a little early which was great so we could drop our luggage and start exploring. The location was perfect. Metro, restaurants, wine shop bakery and arch de triumph all with in a few blocks. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings.

The property is in a nice area near arc de triomphe. It is in the back parking lot and is above a garage with car fumes if you sit outside. You clearly mb a spiral metal staircase outside to get to the apartment. The doors lock close with a key that is hard to turn and would be scary if there was a fire. The main sitting area was clean and spacious s. The main bedroom had a fake window with lots get behind the wall. The bed was not comfortable and sagged on the edges. The carpet in the bedroom was heavily stained and did not like ok clean. The master bathroom looked clean until you untied the shower curtain and smelled mildew. There was a dark stain on the wall from the curtain that looked like mold or mildew. The front door had a dark stain that was sticky and looked like chocolate ice cream. The person showing us the apartment spoke no English and scrapped the door stain without cleaning it when I pointed it out. The was no hand soap at any bathroom and no soap in either shower. The kitchen is very small and has a dorm size refrigerator and a single portable burner. Minimal counter space but there is a dishwasher. Kitchen and main room looked clean and sparsely decorated. Air conditioning in main room comfortable but did not reach bedroom well. There is a floor fan to help with air circulation. My husband had asthma in the room the first night so we checked out and got a room at the Marriott for 1/3 the cost. We gave up over 1600 because it was so uncomfortable.
