Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, two uniquely decorated bathrooms, high ceilings, and a cozy sunroom.

Spend your afternoon and evenings in the spacious backyard with an adjoining deck. Grill up your favorite foods on the grill and relax on a patio set and benches that are great for entertaining. This home provides everything you need for an adventurous and relaxing vacation in Flagstaff.

Nice place but needs better communication

Overall this house worked out very well for us. Pros: great location in a lovely neighborhood near NAU, nice large house, comfortable and well equipped. Cons: no notebook or other information on the premises and the property management company (Vacasa) was really no help at all. We had to figure out the smart thermostat and other features of the house on our own. We could not get one of the gas fireplaces working. The house was very cold when we arrived, and it took several hours to warm up once we figured out the thermostat. It is probably not very efficient to turn the heat down so much between renters. One of the 2nd floor bedrooms had an outside door that appeared to open to a balcony but there was no balcony! Fortunately, the door did not open but it was weird and seemed like it could be a safety hazard?

This is a great property that is close to everything in Flagstaff

We really enjoyed it and will consider staying here again.

Nice Place

The house is very nice and is as listed. Location is beautiful. The cleaning crew needs to do better. Overall, first glance everything looks clean but it was things like the fridge door handle was sticky and a remote covered in coffee stains that make you wonder. The big problem we had was we couldn't get the heat to come on and the instructions on site did not work. The help line was an answering service and after a 45 minute call with no results I was told they would send someone out. We went home 2 days later and nobody had come to look at the heat situation.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time in Flagstaff. This home has plenty of space and is in a great location. We enjoyed cooking several meals and eating in and had everything we needed. Also was wonderful for our Labrador retriever to be able to join us on this trip. Love staying here!
