cozy townhome location

everything was just as it was stated. Location is great, garage access was great, living space was great (tri-level).

Had a great 4 1/2 month stay in Flagstaff

For us the most important factor was that the property was cat friendly as Vacasa Vacation Rentals and others do not allow cats (even if declawed, spayed/no spraying, and are litter box trained) but will allow two 90 pound noisy, rambunctious dogs!! The property is well located off Route 66 and I-40, near grocery and drug stores, and restaurants. Only takes 10 minutes to cross town, 45 minutes to Sedona, 1 /1/2 hours to the Grand Canyon and don't miss the 2-hour drive to the Petrified Forest/Painted Desert as a day trip! Property owner, Maxwell, very promptly answered our requests and was very accommodating. The master bedroom is air conditioned, and the queen bed is comfortable. The third guest bedroom has bunkbeds with a trundle bed and can sleep six kids or grandkids. There a large 65-inch smart TV and the kitchen is very well-stocked and has the amenities for families that eat in. We have hiked and biked over the entire Western US and find Flagstaff to certainly be a hiker (we did 80 different hikes) and road and mountain biker's paradise! Snowbowl has good but crowded skiing.

Great space, great location!

Convenient to all Flagstaff area activities. Really nice kitchen/dining/great room area for lounging between trips downtown or to Arizona Snowbowl. Well stocked with everything you need. Will stay again if we get a chance to take another northern Arizona vacation!
