Wonderful location in Flagstaff - close to everything - in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. The only inconvenience when traveling with pets is that there is no access to the backyard from inside the house. That made for a long weekend constantly wrangling pets for potty breaks. That was the only downside from this wonderful house.

Enjoyed our stay

Cleanly, located in a great neighborhood, and the home was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here. We will look to stay here again the next time we visit flag!

What a FANTASTIC place. It was perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed or wanted. Could not beat the location. It was central to all of the sights of northern AZ. Property Manager very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Overall nice property. Floors need better cleaning, front bathroom had hair in the corners, toilet could have used a better cleaning, and maybe time for new sheets and towels as some had small stains. Neighbors were nice but you can tell they've had issues in the past.

Arizona trip

The house was great-very comfortable for our group. We had one small issue which was taken care of promptly. We did day trips to Sedona, Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon. The house was a good home base. Also cooked a Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen had everything we needed.

Super clean and organized

The house was not in the location I thought it was but at least it was on the side of town most activities occured. This is the cleanest most organized house I have stayed at. Everything you need is there and it is extremely comfortable. My boys said they slept better there than anywhere they have ever slept. Quiet neighborhood too considering the houses are very close together. It was absolutely perfect!

Nice quiet location. Very nice house.

Had a nice family weekend up in flagstaff at this house. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and this was definitely a very nice property for us. Comfy beds and very quiet neighborhood. We come up about once a month to visit our kids and we would definitely stay here again if we are traveling with more than just me and my wife. I will say that I have never gotten hot water so fast in any property I have stayed at. Not sure what magic they have going on in there but it is nice not to have to waste gallons of water waiting for the shower to heat up.
