You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. You can also purchase you tickets in advance at coolrivertubing.com. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby. Helen Festhalle is also within walking distance and offers Bingo, live music, Oktoberfest, and other events. Check out the Georgia Mountain Coaster in downtown as well. In Helen there's something for everyone!

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

The rental is beautifully updated. The back porch is great to set on and relax while watching the groups float by on their tubes. The walk to downtown and bingo is easy. The room is handicap ready which was helpful since I had recently had ankle reconstructive surgery and still recovering. The parking lot is well lite. The water tubing location is on the same street which I was pretty sad I could not participate this time around. There are plenty of grills and picnic tables which were well maintained. The furniture was comfortable. We had a small issue upon arrival which was quickly addressed. Communication was great and easy check in was a plus. I would like to stay here again. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Location is awesome, walkable to everything, especially close to Xmas lights, restaurants and the Dollar General for essentials. Carpet could use cleaning or replacement but the double sided fireplace, huge bathroom and deck overlooking the river make this almost perfect for a couple exploring Helen

It was amazing very clean on the river. Everything you needed was close by. Only one this i did not like was the toilet paper way to thin lol. We will definitely be back

The unit is in a very nice location. Walkable to the entire downtown area. Unit was nice, but it definitely needed a thorough cleaning. The carpet was stained in some areas and there is only one mirror in the entire unit which made it somewhat difficult to get ready. Overall it was a good stay.
Air vents were very dusty
This is how the refrigerator looked upon arrival. It was also sticky.
Again, the place overall was very dusty.
Simple fix if they care to fix it.
