We have preserved all of the traditional cooking facilities in the property including: furnace, firebox and fireplace with installed roasting grill next to modern attractions such as a private pool. It is the perfect location for all connoisseurs and lovers of old style slow cooked dishes and rural tourism. You can grill an entire lamb or pig in one of the fireplaces, bake it in the furnace or prepare and bake your own bread. There is a functional rakia distillery, outside of the summer season, there is a fireplace in the tavern, in the summer kitchen there is a wood cook stove. The backyard also has a well maintained, organic greenhouse and garden growing tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, eggplants, chilies, peppers, green and yellow beans, cauliflower, brocolies, zucchini, pumpkins. You can also find walnut, elderberry, plum and apricot trees as well as grapevines round the garden. We are constantly upgrading the garden with new species for the next agricultural season.
