Large, single room on the ground floor of 38 m2 including an American-style kitchen - fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, etc. ) - a dining area for four people, a living room area with TV.
Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed (160 cm), the second with two single bed (90 cm). The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located upstairs.
