The beds are new and of very good quality (bultex).
Equipped kitchen + dishwasher, large microwave, large fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine ...
Shower room and WC towel dryer.
Large screen satellite TV.
Shaded terrace (deckchairs, parasols)
Free private parking.
Reversible air conditioning included.
Heated 15x6m fenced pool, to be shared with ten or so gîtes.
Cleaning option € 50 (compulsory July / August) to be paid on the first day of your arrival.
Bed linen option 20 € / bed (pressing costs) to be requested on the day of your reservation.
Bath towel option € 10 / person (1 large, 1 small, 1 washcloth) to be requested on the day of your reservation.
Security deposit 300 € to be paid on the first day of arrival.
