This listing is a modernized two-bed room, one bathroom unit. It is one part of our newly updated duplex. This listing is a corner home equipped with a DRIVEWAY to park your vehicle. We do offer FREE street parking as well.

-It is in a central location to Wynwood (15 min), South Beach (20 min), Hard Rock Stadium (15 min), Marlins Park (22 mins), Miami International Airport (13 min), Fort Lauderdale Airport (25 min). For our health care workers Jackson Memorial (15 min). Uber and Lyft is available in the area if you don’t have transportation. UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub also provides contact-less delivery to the area as well.

-When you enter we have a beautiful foyer for you to unwind, and allow your guest to rest before entering the rest of the home.

-In our spacious living room there is a sectional couch so that you can kick up your feet and enjoy our 55 inch Roku TV. Yes we have Netflix, Hulu and other applications. *Please have your log-info ready.*FREE WIFI!

-In the home you have full access to the appliances. We have provided you with an newly remodeled kitchen supplied with brand new refrigerator and electric stove. We have you covered with the essentials and the little things you didn’t even think we’d think about. We have a dining table suitable for a quick breakfast meal or a nice family meal at the end of the day.

-Each room is complimented with a plush Queen size bed to relieve those aches and pains after a long days of work or adventure. We provide luxurious hotel style towels to lather your skin as you shower in our newly renovated bathroom. We do have hot and cold water. So be ready to enjoy the best shower of your life.

Hidden gem

I had an amazing stay at west little river , host was professional, prompt , and went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as it was . The place was clean, beautiful , spacious and very stylish, I would definitely recommend west little river to my friends and family who are traveling to Miami .

Very pleasant

The neighborhood was iffy to me but it ended up being very nice and quiet (other than traffic). The home decor was everything! The owner was nice and responsive to all of our questions. I highly recommend.

Peace at West Little River

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and conveniently located for that awesome deal I got. The host pays attention to all of the little details, and surprisingly the place is well stocked with anything you would need. I recommend this cozy little piece of Miami. Good place

Looks just like the pictures, property owner/manager was very responsive & checked on us throughout the stay. Good security system. It was quiet and had a lot of extra towels & blankets. The only off thing was a lot of ants & the big outside peephole looking inside showing the walk way/portion of living room.

We provide our home with a deep cleaning and inspection after each guest and have also increased the maintenance of pest control to wean out those issues during this summer weather. Don't judge a book by its cover

This location may seem to be in a not so savory area, but it is very quiet and safe, i just wouldnt hang out side the property, the interior is very clean and appealing, i stayed for 5 days without any incident to my property or luxury vehicle
