On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas, wood/coal) and underfloor heating. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, fireplace, lounge, TV and DVD. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. German channels are available.

Balatonfűzfő. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot of 860 sqm with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Automatic doors and automatic garage door approach.
