Een prima lokatie op 6,5 km van het centrum van Luik. Rustig gelegen net van de doorgaande weg af. Direct vanaf de voordeur is een prachtige 10 km afwisselende wandeling veel in de natuur al op 800 m afstand. Vlak om de hoek is een bakkertje met heerlijke kersenflappen. Het appartement is modern gezellig, bijna in nieuw staat en super uitgebreid ingericht. Je loopt in één langgerekte ruimte van het voorportaal naar de keuken met moderne luxe apperatuur en werkelijk alle keukengerei, allerlei levensmiddelen, zeep enz. en dan de living in met groot tv-scherm en luie bank. Er zijn veel gezellige lampjes. En dan naar beneden. De treden zijn o.k. maar het plafond wel heel erg laag en er is geen leuning; je moet flink bukken en aangezien je liever de muren niet raakt is het vooral naar beneden zeker met iets in de handen best wel lastig! Hier zijn de ruimtes meer afgescheiden en loop je onder de grond langs een apart warm ingericht toilet naar de badkamer met dubbele wasbak, inloop douche en bad. Allemaal heel luxe en schoon. Dan is er een studeerkamer. Van hier, inmiddels bovengronds, kan je via een schuifpui naar een binnenplaatsje met jacuzzi. Tot slot de slaapkamer. Deze is wat kleiner en biedt weinig opbergruimte voor de kleding. Het ruime twee-persoonsbed is prima met aan beide zijde een nachtkastje met lamp. Het is hier heel rustig slapen ver van de straat. Het contact met de eigenaar verloopt prima in het Engels. Hij is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een absolute aanrader!
