Great communication with hosts. Especially as we wanted to come a day early and they were brilliant to accommodate us. Spacious rooms and common areas. Very comfortable. Big kitchen and plenty to cook with. Great parking too. Many thanks. This was great for us.
The Nash Cabin was a nice cozy home and I had great communication with the owners/managers. The home was very family friendly and well maintained. I couldn't have asked for a nicer getaway with friends.
This was a perfect location in South Lake Tahoe
BUT the best part was the HOME itself. This was everything it was advertised. The owner was very kind...going the extra mile when we had any concerns or questions.
This is our second time staying at the Nash Cabin and both times have been perfect for our family. The size of the house is roomy for everyone to spread out and lounge with comfy furniture and a large dining room. The play structure in the backyard was perfect for kids. Beds and comfy, bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is also perfect for any size meal. The host is communicative and responsive. There was a snow storm in the middle of our stay and their plow service ensured we could get in and out of the driveway without issue.
This location suited all of my groups requirements:Close enough to the resorts in South TahoeClean houseSpace for cooking and eatingParking for our carsGear storageClose enough to places for food and drinksWhen I reserved this spot I believe it was a newer listing but my group was glad that we found this place on such a busy weekend.Definitely keeping this in mind for future trips up to South Tahoe during the winter season
The home has a good location in a residential neighborhood near south Lake Tahoe. The house is in relatively good condition with a nice primary bath and functional kitchen, The sofas are old and worn out. The primary bed is Very firm and uncomfortable and the pillows in all rooms are so flat that doubling up doesn't help. Overall, we did not receive the value for the price paid.
This lovely house was exactly as described. Plenty of room for the three couples. Cute little neighborhood Host was excellent at communication and answering any questions
Our initial rental place had a fire and became uninhabitable, thus we were scrambling to find a rental close to skiing. Ultimately we found this nicely kept house in Myers that allowed us to have access to our resort in decent time. Emer was fantastic and communicated with us the entire time. Questions immediately answered and even notified us of a remaining item at the place. Place was very clean, actual real comfortable beds (the biggest issue with rentals is old saggy mattresses), and plenty of TVs for adults and kids. Cute games and additional items to play with, including a video game console, books, and doll house. Kitchen well stocked with mostly new items and the essential. Gas range made cooking easier! Modern technology for heating, locks, and WiFi made staying there effortless. If we were to harp about anything, it would be the water pressure in the upstairs shower. But my wife ended up just going downstairs where it was great. Location is situated between Kirkwood and a tad closer to Heavenly. The blizzard made the drive to Kirkwood a bit more challenging but only added about 50% more time. The days after the storm were much easier as the roads were fully plowed and ready for safer driving. When we came back home, driveway was plowed and parking in the garage made for happy kids in the AM. Would recommend staying here!
We couldn't have asked for anything more. We specifically chose this home because we were coming with our three young kids. The house had more than enough space, and was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were on top of the communication. And we especially appreciated the high chairs, pack n' plays, sleds, and boxes of toys they let us borrow. It saved us so much hassle, and I think my kids enjoyed the toys even more than the snow.
