Nearby J Vineyards & Winery, Rodney Strong Vineyards, Windsor Town Green, Russian River Brewery and River Front Regional Park located on the Russian River. Just 3 short miles from downtown Healdsburg, it’s a quick drive or bike ride to the Plaza wineries, restaurants, spas, and shopping.

We love travel, have a shared passion for real estate and design. We enjoy cooking, wine tasting, ski/snowboarding, 4x4 Jeeps, mountain biking, RV-ing but most of all spending time with our 2 sons, family, friends and our 2 French bull babies (dogs)
Why they chose this property
We love this home for its quite location with beautiful surroundings and incredible sunsets. Weather you want to visit wineries, float the river, road bike, or just relax this area is so beautiful and good for the soul. Arguably one of most beautiful roads in Sonoma County, Eastside is home to many bike and running race events.
What makes this property unique
This home is conveniently located between Healdsburg and Windsor on a popular bike and marathon/triathlon route. Situated with a Healdsburg address we are close to many award winning wineries and all that Healdsburg and Windsor Town has to offer.
