Our stay was great - the house was beautiful and clean and it was near to wineries and town. The check-in instructions came with offers from local wineries which we enjoyed. We had some minor issues around not being able to get in early as agreed and the heat being off for a while but Daniel was very responsive and we were able to sort things out. Also, the hot tub wasn't working and that was not disclosed when we rented the property. I would stay here again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the things you enjoyed about the home, location, and local winery offers—we’re glad you had a great stay overall.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the early check-in and for the house being cold upon arrival. Thank you for your patience while we worked to get everything sorted, and we appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness.
Regarding the hot tub, we’d like to clarify that it is not marketed or listed as an amenity, as it is currently not operational. This was also disclosed in the check-in information sent on December 5, prior to your arrival. We’re sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused.
We truly appreciate your feedback and would be happy to host you again in the future. Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
Thank you,
Andrea & Daniel

Beautiful House, Great Location
There were 9 of us celebrating a 60th birthday. Very accommodating. Beautiful location. Backyard is lovely and peaceful. We went to Mazzocco up the street the first night for a quick tasting, then a limo picked us up the next morning for the rest of our wine tasting. Big table in the dining for us all to play games. Kitchen is well-appointed with a Keurig and sugar and splenda and even flavored syrups. Bedrooms were cozy and plenty of blankets. The listing does not mention a jacuzzi, so we were surprised to find that. Thank you so much Daniel for the great communication and we look forward to visiting again soon.
Stayed here for almost two weeks while we had construction on our own home and this really felt like a home away from home. Excellent amenities, property and home. Comfortable stay and great communication with the owners. Close by to downtown Healdsburg. Would highly recommend!
Impeccably furnished home with 4 roomy bedrooms. Everything very clean in a lovely rural setting that was still very close to town. Plenty of parking onsite. I wished it was a better place to go for walks (it’s on a 2 lane without wide shoulders) but that’s a “me” thing, nothing wrong with the property.
This lovely home was very comfortable and spacious for the 7 of us in the group. We enjoyed the secluded location, yet close to town. The bedrooms were very comfortable and plenty of space inside and out for socializing. I highly recommend this property for your group visit to the area.
This house was great for my big family to stay in during my parent's anniversary. The gardens around the house were beautiful, there are plenty of vineyards nearby, and Healdsburg is a lovely small town. The house was clean and there was plenty of space for all of us.
Great property in a quiet location within a few miles of the wedding we were attending at Trentadue Winery. Plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and 3 young children. Convenient to shopping and other activities in Healdsburg.
We really appreciated the complimentary wine tastings at several nearby high quality wineries that accommodated our entire family during our stay offered by the host.
This house did not disappoint. Clean spacious house for the 6 of us. Great gated property for our 2 pups. Also received some great perks for wine tasting. Beautiful country setting close to downtown & wineries. Can’t wait to come back!!
My family (me, husband, and two daughters - ages 3 and 5) stayed here with my brother, his wife, and their 4 month old. The location was so convenient and very close to tons of wineries, tasting rooms and restaurants in Healdsburg, and Lake Sonoma. The house had everything we needed. Bedrooms were very large. The property was fun for my kids to explore. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the host was available to us if we needed anything. We would love to come back to the area again and would love to stay here if we do.

Hi Lauren,
Thank you for the awesome review. We're glad you're whole family enjoyed your stay. We would love to host you again.
Our family including 8 adults, a 3 year old and an 15 month old stayed for 2 nights to attend a wedding at The Ranch at Lake Sonoma. It was perfect for our family. Large tables inside and out, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of parking. Our little ones loved running in a circle from living room, kitchen, dining room. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
I rarely write reviews, but I feel this one is necessary, as property owners need to be more honest and transparent in their listings. Our winter stay at this Healdsburg rental was disappointing. While the owner did partially refund the cleaning fee, the home fell short in safety, cleanliness, and readiness. The most serious issue was an unlocked door in the main hallway that led directly to the attic, creating a significant safety hazard. We traveled with a toddler and had to modify the space ourselves to prevent an accident.Check-in was also problematic. We arrived well after check-in time, yet the cleaner was still there, and the house was not fully turned over. We had to finish dishes and laundry ourselves, suggesting back-to-back bookings without proper preparation.Several amenities were unusable or misleading: the upstairs TV barely functioned, the refrigerator ice dispenser was broken, the hot tub was suddenly unavailable, and we were told not to use the fireplace despite it being prominently pictured (with the restriction buried at the end of the listing). The house was poorly stocked (insufficient towels, mismatched dishes, half-used paper products), trash was already piled up, and outdoor cushions were left in the rain. The home was very cold on arrival and struggled to stay warm throughout our stay.Overall, we spent too much time cleaning and troubleshooting instead of relaxing. I would not recommend this property during winter months.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations.
The home was available, accessible, and occupied for the full duration of the reservation. Many of the items referenced in your review—including amenity limitations such as the fireplace and hot tub—are disclosed in the listing prior to booking. The partial cleaning fee refund was issued as a courtesy related to check-in timing, not due to habitability concerns.
We were not notified of the majority of the issues mentioned during the stay, which limited our ability to address them in real time. Several of the items noted were also unknown to us prior to being raised after checkout; since then, we have remedied certain concerns to help ensure a more comfortable and relaxed experience for future guests.
Our home is a privately managed vacation rental, not a hotel, and expectations may differ accordingly; this listing has consistently received strong reviews across multiple platforms from guests whose expectations aligned with that standard.
We appreciate all feedback and continually work to improve our operations. Future guests are encouraged to review the listing details carefully to ensure the home is a good fit for their needs, particularly during winter stays.
From the outset, our host was responsive and, not only responsive, but also knowledgeable and willing to share ideas. The home is beautiful; sitting on the deck was so relaxing (although chilly). Speaking of, there were plenty of comfy and soft blankets and comforters! And I was the cook of the bunch and appreciated all the amenities. Thanks, Daniel and Angela! And for anyone looking at this property, don’t hesitate!

Such a beautiful photo of the sunset from the backyard.
Thank you so much for the thoughtful and detailed review!
We’re truly glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to relax out on the deck — even if it was a little chilly 😊. We always try to keep plenty of cozy blankets on hand for exactly that reason.
It’s also great to hear that the kitchen had everything you needed — we know how important that is, especially when you’re the cook of the group!
We really appreciate the kind words and your recommendation. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime.
