The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast table, or dine al fresco on the private patio surrounded by lush greenery. There you will also find the Big Green Egg for grilling, and a Tuscan built-in pizza oven.
Clementine Cottage offers private Chef hire services, should you wish to use the pizza oven.

The two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for optimal relaxation. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and vaulted ceilings, offering a private oasis after a day of exploring. The cozy second bedroom offers a queen bed, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.
At dusk, relax in the Adirondack chairs out back, and enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine next to the warm fire pit. If a soak in a two-person hot tub is what you desire, Clementine Cottage has that too!

In general, we hope that you will treat the home with love, as if it were your own!  Recyclables should please go into the blue recycling bin in the driveway.

Place any used towels, including hot tub towels, into the basket in the master bedroom.  If you used the sleeper sofa, please also remove those linens so that housekeeping knows they have been used.

Then turn off all lights, and lock all doors and windows, and that's it!  

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Renter Agreement and Security Deposit are Required for Booking. Min age 25 yrs. No smoking. No parties/events.

No more than 6 guests are allowed in the home. Max 2 small to med dogs with prior approval and pet fee.

Wood-Fired Pizza Oven: This equipment requires skill and experience, so is not available to renters unless operated by an approved pre-hired Chef.
