Beautiful, newly renovated three-room apartment on the 2nd and top floor, comprising: a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed (130x190), a first bedroom (140x190 bed), a second bedroom (Ikea 80cm trundle bed that converts to a 160x200cm bed), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
Sleeps 5 to 6 people.
Pleasant 10m² terrace. Approximately 450m from the beach.
