Cozy condo in great neighborhood. Very quiet complex, near the beach. Well appointed kitchen. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the bathrooms. The kids loved the clubhouse and pool.

This property was perfect for our family of seven. It was clean and well stocked. The location was close enough to take short trips to Heavenly, Boreal and Northstar.

A bit too far from grocery store/ gas. You have to come fully prepared and stocked with food so you don’t have to leave.

A gem indeed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was exactly what our family needed for our stay in Tahoe! In the past we have rented a house and it’s always been too much space for our family. This was just the perfect amount for our family of 5. Everything was clean and ready to be used for us. We quickly felt at home.We made breakfast, lunch and dinners in the lovely kitchen, which had everything we needed. The location was great, close to mini golf, the lake is in walking distance, Safeway for a quick trip, Garwoods for a wet woody! The extra amenities was also a plus! We utilized the pool/ hot tub A few times! It was very nice to have that option with the kids. We would absolutely book this gem again!!!

Great Carnelian Bay Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place - very clean and plenty of space for five of us. Walking distance to the lake and amenities at the condo were clean and good condition. Only negative was that the bed mattresses are worn out and need replacement.

Decent value for Lake Tahoe. Bedding could use a refresh definitely in the loft area. Central rec area with hot tub/game room was not convenient to walk to. Sauna was not working. Main bedrooms chilly and drafty. Unexpected additional paperwork from rental agency was a hassle and had to be submitted/signed off on at least twice while en route to the unit.

Super Clean Townhouse!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent three nights in the Carnelian Gem and very much enjoyed our time there. It was clean, well equipped and the communication was very clear. We booked with VRBO but do be aware there is an additional security deposit required that somehow we missed in the original listing. A big bonus for our family was the recreation center with a pool and other activities. Only improvement I would recommend is the two queen bed are extremely soft. Maybe need replacing. And one more fan would be appreciated for summer nights. We used the two available but a third would give each sleeping area a fan. A ceiling fan would be ideal in upstairs bedroom.
