The house is a short walk to the beach. The great room/kitchen is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool is spacious with sun or shade at all times of the day. It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Erin’s communication made check-in and check-out easy (she sent a message that the cleaners were done early and invited us to check-in early). We love Fort Myers beach and loved this home.

What a great house! We all loved the indoor space, the games and the cleanliness of the house. We loved the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach. The pool and spa were a great way to enjoy the warm weather. Erin provided great instructions and communication throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we used the kitchen a lot. Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious canal house. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beach in walking distance and the pool perfect for a family vacation. We also were able to launch our paddle boards directly from the property. Would highly recommend staying here.

Always a great stay

Once again, we had a great time at this property. It is always clean and in great shape. The owners are great at responding and help in any way that they can to make your stay enjoyable. Plenty of supplies to keep you going and many pool and beach items if you want to use them. The jacuzzi jets however did not work any afternoon or evening during our stay which was a little bit of a downer, they would come on for 30 sec and then shut off and not come on again. Everything else was great! We love coming here every year and look forward to coming back next year.Thanks again
