The home is set up for keypad access only, and unfortunately, the doorknob can cause an accidental lockout if it is turned manually. While this was not the intended use of the lock, we completely understand how it could be confusing. To prevent this from happening again, we’ve replaced the hardware and made sure instructions are clearer for future guests.
