The Pink House

A lovely house. The owners were attentive and tried hard to get the top-floor AC fixed, but without success until after we left. Not really their fault, it seemed. My only real suggestion is that a detailed written set of instructions for the TV would help. We had some amount of trouble trying to work it. Overall, an amazing house.

The best vacation rental any of us have ever experienced

First of all, the next time I come to Eugene with a big crew, I will look no where else but this property. My best friends from college and I stayed at The Pink House for the Oregon Ducks game, and it blew our expectations out of the water. As a former student at the University of Oregon, I know first hand that Eugene is full of houses that are run down from college kids; I’m pretty sure that a college student has never stepped foot in this house. The house was incredible. It was so clean, had incredible natural light, and was spacious for our crew of 15 guys. Most importantly, it had a great vibe that was curated by the owner, Lara. Lara was without question, the greatest weekend landlord that any of us have ever had when staying in a vacation rental. She was so nice, and was so incredibly accommodating. She even had snacks for us waiting upon our arrival. I cannot highly recommend this property higher, and cannot wait to stay here again!

The Big Pink House is the BEST!

I stayed at the Big Pink House with large group of women ages 40-50. We needed to get away and recharge, and The Big Pink House was a magical place for us! I cannot recommend it highly enough. Lara was incredibly communicative and flexible as guests arrived at different times. She had lots of great recommendations and made sure the pantry was stocked with basics. We had a little trouble connecting to the stereo and Lara's husband immediately jumped on a call to walk us through the process. They are over-the-top wonderful hosts and keep their home filled with love!! The house is adorable with tons of fun flair, artwork and notes. The kitchen is gourmet, perfect for cooking for a group with lots of spaces to eat. We never felt cramped, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their space and separate conversations throughout our trip. I especially love the master bathroom, decorated with art from one of my favorite designers. There are 2 beautiful outdoor spaces. The back patio leading to the hot tub backs up to homes higher on the hill, so it is important to keep the night-time quiet hours. All of us agree that we would return to the Big Pink House in a heartbeat! Thank you Lara, for sharing your beautiful home!

Incredible Space

Laura was absolutely amazing from the start. The house was so perfect for our family reunion and Thanksgiving holiday events. We had more space than we thought and the photos and description do not do the house justice. It is so much better than it is described as online. everything we needed was provided from turkey basters to her cookie decorating utensils

The big pink house is only kind of pink outside.

Inside the bedrooms are large and well appointed, the location is outstanding and in a very nice neighborhood . Every cooking utensil, spice, etc was available in an amazing kitchen. The common areas were huge with tons of seating, and the outdoor areas were large and able to handle our whole 3 generation extended family. I would say that the photos don't do the house justice, it was actually better than it looked online. The swing in the big tree in the front yard was a huge hit with the kids.

Perfect house for groups

This house has EVERYTHING you need for your getaway. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their privacy. The house is large enough to find a quiet space when you need alone time. If you are a chef - you will love cooking in the kitchen! All of the outdoor space is wonderful - and some is covered for safe refuge from the rain. I loved it so much I'm already trying to put together a retreat getaway with some girlfriends! The property manager was WONDERFUL, accommodating and super fast at responding to ALL my questions. Highly Recommend this property.
