We chose the Fenelon Place neighborhood because it’s one of Dubuque’s most beloved areas! Home to the Fenelon Place Elevator—the world’s shortest and steepest scenic railway, built in 1882—it’s a must-see attraction during your stay.

The neighborhood itself is quiet, welcoming, and filled with historic homes and mature trees. While our townhome is a newer build, it blends beautifully into this charming setting. Guests love strolling the streets, riding the elevator, or simply relaxing on the deck with sweeping views of Dubuque and the Mississippi River.
