Upscale, comfortable, well-appointed 3 bedroom (Two Master), 3 bath condo is perfect for couples wanting elbow room or families needing space. New bedding, luxury linens, fresh paint, new cabinets and granite counter-tops, quality furniture, and flat screen TVs in each room welcome you to a great vacation.

Enjoy the sight of the white sand beach and sound of the gulf from your private balcony outside the master bedroom and the family room. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops and a Keurig makes dining in a pleasure. With king size beds in the 2 master bedrooms, and a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom, every guest has their own retreat. You will enjoy relaxing on the furnished balcony, in the living room featuring 2 leather couches (one with a queen sofa sleeper) and a side chair, as well as in the dining area.

While the inside is beautiful, spacious and relaxing, the outside has just as much to offer. Ocean House has a beautiful zero-entry pool with waterfalls and seating in the middle. Two kiddie pools are located on each end of the pool area. Ocean House is known for having the longest pool in Gulf Shores. Restrooms are conveniently located near the pool area.

While the kids play in the pool or the grassy areas, parents can enjoy themselves under a shady gazebo located at each end of the pool. The pool deck is extremely large with several lounge chairs for sunbathing. Each end of the pool area has a convenient entry ramp to the beach with showers located at each end to help wash off the sand. In addition, charcoal grills are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience.
Parking is not included in the reservation total. Parking passes must be purchased onsite. Passes are $40 and there is a 2 pass limit, price is subject to change.

Ocean House - One of the best on West Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean House - it provided everything our family needed - the beach and easy access to it is great - we will definitely be back. The property managers were easy to work with as well - Randy and his team helped us and made the process very easy.

Nice property. Description was accurate. Fantastic view. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Check in process was a bit lengthy and the key was hard to find, but otherwise ok. 5th floor corner unit. Very nice and like the pics/description. Only drawback is the mattresses are old and saggy, and the patio furniture needs replacing. Otherwise great.

Only 1 elevator and it was kinda slow but that was not a deal breaker. Rent this condo, you will have a great time!!

Fun fun fun!

Ocean House II did not disappoint! We were so close to the beach that we could run up to the room quickly if we needed anything. Beds were comfy and had all the appliances we needed. Location is close to everything but will need a vehicle to get around. Be sure to bring chairs and toys… none in the closet as advertised. Also, bring a hair dryer! Randy and management team have been very responsive and flexible. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit space is great and spacious. The kitchen, dining have everything we need. The three rooms are spacious. The only complaint I have is the temperature of one room( first room at the entrance ). It is very cold compared to the rest of the unit despite the attempt adjusting the thermostat. We love the balcony, overlooking the beach, it was beautiful watching the sunset and sunrise. The presence of authorities rounding the beaches felt very safe. Location is great. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Overall, we had a great time. Just one suggestion though, probably 2 set of keys will be very convenient. Especially , when you have 6 people staying.

It did need to be cleaned better and for what you charge for cleaning fee it should be spotless. We did have to call to get the pantry door fixed and one of the bedrooms vanity drawers. Pillows were horrible so I’m glad I brought mine. There needs to be better outdoor cushions so you can enjoy sitting outside. They were the same as last year and need to be replaced. They are horrible. Other than that, our 31/2 week stay was good.

Great...But

I just returned home yesterday after a 3 night stay and I was extremely happy with the space and was very comfortable. Good job (kudos) on picking out the mattresses in this property. Just 2 things... 1) Secruity kicked us out of the pool at 10pm when the refrigerator in the room clearly says 11. No times are posted around the pool (some of the signs are broken). Guard was rude and I think got a kick out of being a regular Barney Fife. But it did add a lot of good security guard jokes to our weekend. Honestly. LOL 2) I'd so invest in a nice patio set for this property asap. Even a few throw blankets out there too. ***Nice property. Would certainly stay here again. -have a talk with that guard (wish I knew his name he was on duty Sunday night). He could be running off repeat customers***

Very Disappointed with the Pool -- that's why we went to Ocean House

We have small grandchildren and they enjoy swimming in a pool more than spending the day in the ocean. The last THREE DAYS of our vacation the pool was absolutely horrible - it was green. The water they were adding came out of the hose orange and the pool had so many chemicals. I don't know what was on the bottom, but they were vacuuming the pool throughout the day - I saw them at least four times in one day. On the last day of our vacation it was sunny and in the high 80's and that's when the grandkids usually spend all day in the pool. I called the company we booked thru to complain. I received a call back informing me the property said we could swim in the pool it was fine. That definitely was not the case -- no one was in the pool because it was green and full of chemicals. Even the staff of the property said they wouldn't allow their family to swim in it in that condition. I asked for some type of compensation because it really affected our vacation. I still have not been contacted regarding what they are going to do. So very disappointed that Ocean House does not do a better job of maintaining their pool. When they closed the pool on Wednesday they should have called in a pool company to fix the problem. Instead, it appeared to all the guests they only use in-house staff to maintain their pool. And unfortunately, they did not speak English so we couldn't even ask them what the issue was. Regarding the condo we stayed in - it was OK but not great. It did not have a beach theme, some of the bulbs were burned out, the fluorescent lights flickered when they were on and the thermostat was set. We tried various times to adjust the temperature - it was set on 67 most of the time - and it would go back to its original settings. The grandkids sat around with blankets on because they were always cold in the room. Overall we were VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY DISSATISFIED WITH OCEAN HOUSE property.

Location was great

1. Curtains in bedroom in the back are nearly falling down 2. Rug in the back bathroom is super dirty. 3. Dirty floors...I mopped them twice and used 20 swifter wet pads and they were black. Property manager offered to have cleaning crew come back, I declined as we had already unpacked. 4. Furniture in the living space is not what is pictured in the listing. In the listing the furniture is leather or similar, in the condo the furniture was fabric and was quite worn. Pros- great location, good amenities, love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Would consider staying again if some things improved.

Lovely condo. Closed beach.

The condo and balcony were fantastic. The beach directly in front of the condo was closed the entire time we were there but not the hosts fault on that. We just had to enjoy our time at the pool and on the balcony instead. Plenty of room for all of us and excellent communication from the host.
