Bien situé
Appartement très propre et bien situé. A 50/100 mètres de la Plage. Bien équipé. Le seul bémol est le garage où il est impossible de garer une grosse voiture (familiale ou Suv). Vous pouvez-vous y stocker les vélos et matériel de plage. Un parking public gratuit de 100 places se trouve à proximité. Personnel Interhome très accueillant et souriant.

Proximité immédiate de la plage, garage impossible à utiliser ( dans le coin et minuscule), 3 chambres fermées donc très pratique avec des enfants, cuisine exiguë

Logement lumineux mais un peu bruyant du fait de la proximité de la grande avenue. Garage trop étroit très difficile de sortir de la voiture une fois rangée. Il manque quelques équipements : grandes tasses, gants cuisson, rape à carottes...

Proximité de la plage et des commerces de POntaillac. Appartement très bien équipé. Aucun souci à 5 personnes par rapport au volume du ballon d'eau chaude. Ne pas compter sur la place de parking qui est impossible à prendre avec un monoplace et très difficile d'accès de toute façon. Le ménage à l'arrivée dans l'appartement était un peu approximatif. Seul bémol: la connexion internet ne marchait pas toujours bien.

réjouissons d'apprendre que vous avez passé un bon séjour à Royan.
Toutefois nous constatons que vous avez été déçus par l'état de propreté
de la location, nous tenons donc à vous informer que l'équipe en charge
du ménage a été prévenue et qu'elle fera désormais le nécessaire afin
d'éviter cette déception aux prochains locataires.
Après vérification auprès de nos collègues au sujet du WIFI, nous
pouvons vous confirmer qu'il y a eu un problème avec le fournisseur mais
maintenant tout est fonctionnel. En espérant vous revoir très bientôt.

peut mieux faire
Les plus : -très bien situé, tout se fait à pied (attention l’accès au garage est compliqué pour une voiture familiale mais très pratique pour les vélos). -Très bien agencé avec une partie jour et une partie nuit (pratique en famille). -LV et LL très fonctionnels. Les moins : - pas de couettes (uniquement des couvertures polaires peu épaisses et qui glissent au moindre mouvement) signalé à l’agence qui ne le savais pas ! -aspirateur avec le bouton marche arrêt qu’il faut maintenir appuyer pour qu’il fonctionne (signalé à l’agence qui devait nous trouver une solution) -pas de sèche-cheveux -un seul jeu de clefs - le ménage très onéreux (96€ pour 58m²) et qui n’est pas des plus parfait à notre arrivée. -WIFI payant!!!

Bien mais ....
Le volume du ballon d'eau chaude est insuffisant pour 4 personnes,il nous arrive donc de prendre une douche froide et de ne pas pouvoir faire de la vaisselle le jour même. Les frais pour le ménage sont obligatoires et très onéreux 96 euros pour 4 personnes. L'appartement est bien situé.
