Property was as described but was an older property and could do with some modernisation, decor was a bit tired. Customer service was very good and staff were helpful and friendly. Overall we had a good week with no complaints.

Amazing views and apartment

The apartment is well put together and has plenty of space for our family of 5. Receiving the keys was a pleasant experience and everything was as described. The best part is the view from the balcony - simply outstanding. We could sit for hours on it and look at the mountains! The location is quite for a good sleep and close enough to be in Grindelwald centre within a few minutes from the close by bus stop. Definitely can recommend it.

Goed geregeld en goede accommodatie

Mooie locatie, mooi uitzicht, goed toegankelijk, schoon en alle noodzakelijke benodigdheden aanwezig. Verbeterpunt; latex matrassen zijn echt aan vervanging toe (doorgelegen).

Een heel compleet appartement, fijne indeling en alles zag er prima uit. Het enige puntje van kritiek is de Wifi, die is niet heel erg goed. Verder grote koelkast met vriezer, heel veel borden en bestek en een fijne afwasmachine. Badkamer was klein maar erg efficiënt en de douche was prima. Heel goede week gehad!

Urlaub in Grindelwald

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings ist die Beleuchtung mangelhaft. Das heisst: Im Badezimmer hat die Birne immer geflackert. Der Gang und das Schlafzimmer sind schlecht beleuchtet ( zu dunkel ). Das Innere der Schränke im Schlafzimmer roch streng.

Gut eingerichtet und günstige Lage zu ÖV.

Es war alles da, was man brauchte, besonders in der Küche. Nur die Neonröhre über den Arbeitsplatz war kaputt. Und auf der Terrasse war schwach beleuchtet, dafür benützten wir eine Stehlampe, aber sie war halb kaputt. Der Teppichboden war alt und fleckig, da wäre eine Erneuerung nötig, weil es nicht mehr hygienisch und zeitgemäss ist. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Beleuchtung wurde behoben. Auch wurde das Qualitätsmanagement Team hinsichtlich des Teppichs informiert, sodass Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden können. Wir bedanken uns für Ihr Feedback.

Innenbauarbeiten.

Mit Ausnahme der ursprünglich angekündigten Beendigung der Bauarbeiten im EG des Hauses sind alle Beschreibungen zum Objekt zutreffend. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr Wohlgefühlt. Bei einem erneuten Besuch würden wir das Objekt wieder buchen.

nice place to stay with a beautiful view from the balcony. 15 minute walk downhill to town of grindelwald and the restaurants. hiking trails right outside of the unit. bedroom accomodations and decor were as pictured.
