Cozy house, easy access, steps from the beach, no stairs to kitchen one bedroom and one bathroom.
New addition just completed 1-1-25, We added 2 new bedrooms, larger living room, and A full bathroom.
Plenty of parking.
A true piece of Mexico Beach History. One of the few historic cottages still around. If you like the view of the Gulf of Mexico, we have it. If you like short walks to public beach we have it. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch and enjoy the ocean sounds. Take a few paces to the beach at night and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We have great wifi and Smart tv`s for your use. 5% local taxes will be withheld extra

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip all used beds and place bedding in laundry room. Gather all used towels and such and place in laundry room. Please put garbage in garbage cans out side for pickup. Replace all keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed. (The washer and dryer were a little high for short me. Good thing my hubby was there!) Loved the porch and the view of the Gulf. Loved that I could be at the beach in less than a two minute walk!

My best friend and I came down for my birthday and we picked this house. It’s a nice little beach house with comfortable beds! And a very short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Bestie beach trip

This was a girls trip with my best friend. We loved the porch, we could drink our coffee and see the ocean while sitting on our porch. Small but very cozy and clean. Such a quiet, friendly neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again!!

The place was amazing!! We loved how we could just walk to the beach. Very nice bedrooms and comfortable beds to sleep in! Nothing went wrong while we were there. Loved the little front porch lots of chairs to sit in. The grill came in very handy when we got hungry and nothing was open. We had such a great time!! Thanks for letting us stay there!!

We had a great time. Couldn’t figure out how to get the hot water to work in the shower. Other than that, the house was very clean and we had a great view of the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Great location!

For the price the location is outstanding. The view of the gulf from the porch is great. The house was clean. But be aware the bathroom is much smaller than appears in the photo. If you are very big at all you won't be able to use the toilet. The shower is very small and not very nice. I've had better showers at a campground. It says it sleeps 7 but I'm not sure how. Unless at least 4 are small children. It is a old style beach home that survived the hurricane and has a great view. The porch is it's best feature. So as long as you're ok with rustic the view from the porch makes up for it.

You Could sleep 7 just fine if you’d like to use the futon in living room that lays out to another bed along with the 2 queen beds and one full bed. Bathroom is small but toilet width meets code requirements between walls. We are looking in to adding a second bathroom for much more comfortable accommodations.

This is a great place! So peaceful and relaxing. Owner was staying near by, stopped by to say hello. Invited my grandson to go deep sea fishing with him and friends. This is our second time staying here, if all goes well we will be back again. Great view from the porch and the roof. Only suggestion I would make is maybe a handrail on one side of the stairs in the living room for young ones or old ones , like me. Lol. My family and I absolutely love this place.
