The homes location and outdoor living was nice. The home itself did not meet our expectations based on the pictures supplied by VRBO and previous guest reviews of the home, and the premium price we paid. The host and management company were very responsive to our concerns; however, most of the issues brought to their attention could not be addressed during our stay. This property is in need of updates and maintenance.

The host was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The house was lovely a few things were not functioning (hot tub didn't get as hot as we would have liked, sun screens outside, extra refrigerators in bar and guest house, small things etc. )

Our family had a great stay at this mansion in North Scottsdale. The house, property and location were spacious and private. The home was definitely set up very well for entertainment. We didn't do any entertaining but we enjoyed the amenities. The home could use some maintenance (couple loose knobs and cupboard doors), but we will enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Arizona Spring Break

Great property, close to Pinnacle Peak for hiking (15min) spring training games (30min) and downtown Scottsdale (15-20 min). Lots of space for our nine adults to hang out in. Pool/hot tub were great after morning hikes. Views from upstairs deck are amazing. This is the second time we rented this property and would definitely do so again!
