Your exclusive domicile borders directly on the princely palace park Thurn and Taxis. Treat yourself to a whole house full of luxury in the heart of Regensburg!

The master bedroom (king-size bed) and a meeting room (for up to 6 people) are located on the entrance level of the free-standing, ultra-modern house, and can be converted into a highly comfortable bedroom with another king size in just a few steps thanks to the castors under the table and chairs Bed can be remodeled. The bathroom with a floor-level, spacious shower completes this area.

On the floor below, the spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen extends almost over the entire floor area of the house. Another shower bath and a storage room complete the ensemble.

Directly from the living room you can access the terrace of the town house, which is certainly one of the most spacious private outdoor spaces in the old town.

The palace garden of the Princely House Thurn and Taxis borders directly on the town house and our guests explore the sights of the city of Regensburg in just a few steps.

All restaurants and bars in the old town can be reached on foot and your vehicle is parked in the parking garage on Petersweg, just 80 meters away.

Access for guests:

The town hall guests use the entire house, the spacious terrace and a parking space in the Petersweg car park.

When occupied by 2 people, the town house guests use master bedroom 1. In this case, master bedroom 2 can be used as an office / meeting room. If more than 2 people stay overnight, the very high quality folding bed in Masterbedroom 2 will be folded out to a full and super comfortable king size bed.

Interaction with guests:

We are happy to receive the Stadthaus guests personally from 4:00 p.m. on-site and remain available as your contact person during your stay.

The neighborhood:

The residential complex with the Stadthaus Regensburg is based on the foundations of a "gender tower" from the 14th century.

In the Middle Ages, the city was known for the fact that merchants - to show their wealth - built residential towers and this turned out to be a real competition, according to the motto "the more successful the merchant family - the higher the tower"

Today the tower of the residential complex on Petersweg is the highest inhabited place in the city and a successful Regensburg businessman calls it his own.

The town house is only a few meters away from the Regensburg train station and from the train station our guests use all common bus lines in all directions from the train station.

Park:

A luxury house in the heart of the old town is a dream if you also have a parking space! This is also thought of and our Stadthaus guests park in the "Parkhaus Petersweg" just 80 meters away. The costs for this are really moderate and a day ticket costs just over 10 euros.

At check-in / check-out, you can also stop briefly in front of the town house to load and unload your vehicle to save yourself long journeys.
